Unpack *ARC (Rocket Knight)

Hello, Luigi :)
I wish to translate Rocket Knight on russian, but there is a problem:
I cannot unpack the file DATA.ARC (286 ??b) in which there are texts and textures.
Please help (create bms script), russian community will be grateful to you ;)

the archive is the same of Silent Hill for which you can use the following script:

in the log and clog instructions if you substituite NAME with "" quickbms will automatically give a guessed extension to the extracted files, example:
