makes an specific app not obey the os global dns settings
(not a proxy)
any apps ? possible ?
tried widecap (broken or it should work?) , freecap proxifier , but not what I am looking for

is there tools like forcebindip concept to force bind dns
or create a simple dns table for a specific app ?

don't know if exists a tool that can do it anyway searching gethostbyname hook on google can help you.
personally I would have no doubts: I would opt for the ws2_32.dll proxy
