I was wondering if there is a way to search for servers who have sv_allowdownload set to one. I tried it on Xfire, but I just ended up with a list of servers using protocol 66 67 68. Is there like, a way to scan IP addresses and view this info? I'm playing RTCW ET .55, and when you try to display the raw server info via Xfire or in-game, it doesn't have this listed.
I do apologize if this is the incorrect section to ask this question. Help will be greatly appreciated.

sv_allowdownload is not a public cvar visible through getinfo/getstatus (at least on ET) so there is no way to see how this cvar is set and on what servers from outside.
