I have searched the whole internet for a sampfp for 0.3, but I couldn't find it. Can someone post a link or something, or inform me or something?

I have found it, but my AV deletes it. I've closed my AV, but now.. where is a proper tutorial on how it works? I've found one on youtube a few weeks ago but I can't remeber it :(

Do you have a tutorial of some kind?

it's a simple command-line tool:

sampfp.exe 1.2.3.4

or if you must specify the port:
sampfp.exe 1.2.3.4:7777
