[Help] q3dirtrav.exe

Well, I hope I posted this in the right section.

I recently downloaded q3dirtrav.exe, however, the .pk3 file it came with didn't have a readme, so I am at loss.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone would tell me how to use this. I was under the impression it is an ''rcon hacker'', which i desperately need.

FYI; I intend to use this on Jedi Academy.

its cmd tool, you need to learn how to use command prompt

q3dirtrav is not a command-line tool, a video (don't remember if in xvid or h264 codec) is available here:
