for doing them all in one command you can put the name of the dir that contains the files to encrypt at the place of input.gmt and the name of the output folder instead of output.gmt:

rfactordec -e -s 0xde4139f961fa2817 c:\input_folder c:\output_folder

remember that you need rfactordec 0.2 for this job, so check if you have this version.

personally I suggest you to place ALL the files you want to encrypt in one unique new folder and using it also as output for overwriting the files with their encrypted versions:

rfactordec -o -e -s 0xde4139f961fa2817 c:\input_folder c:\input_folder
