Hey, I was just looking around youtube and I came across this.

It's a tool made by JD Belec, I was wondering where to find it. The author of this video does post the link to it but I'm not sure if i can rely on him for this to be a safe file. I do understand that these files do come up bad on the virus scanner but I'd rather get it from a more reliable source.
