Need a redirect program

hello. i need a hlds redirect program for linux. My cs server ips has been changed. So i want to redirect my new ip from old ips. But i want to use a program for it, i dont want amx plugins. it can be fake server emu vs program. ??f you can help me , i be happyy :)))

it's not possible because a proxy solution (the only solution for that case, I don't know the Source protocol enough to know if exists a command accepted by the client that tell it to connect to another host) will just kill the performances of the server with terrible delay times

i'm pretty sure Source has a redirect command of some type or another.
