region ip ban

all my ip adresses are blocked from admin on some cracked server - all my starting numbers of ip's for exemple 93.86.xxx.xxx and 79.103.xxx.xxx.
Is there any possibilitys for unbaning them.
I tryed with hiding ip, but it doesnt work, this program change my ip adress only on web site but not on game server.
I need some help.

They're for learning/fixing. Not for exploiting and trolling a server.

don't like it, go away.
as about ip change, i have tutorial on my forum. and no you cant HIDE ip .. learn what ip is first.
