it asks to overwrite the file because you have specified the same output folder of the input files.
if you want to overwrite them automatically you must edit the .bat file adding the -o option after rfactordec.exe

P.S.: don't open useless threads and please avoid to use an automatic translator (moreover to italian creating horrible things like that post)
