How would you filter an IP range in lets say, myrecvfrom?
example...
123.123.123.0
123.123.0.0
222.0.0.0

put the IPs or classes of IPs in the comma separated list in blocked_IPs and it's done.
when is received a packet from a blocked IP it will be set to zero
