rfactordec and wtcced

hi ive been trying to decrypt the apex modding IE Challenge for rfactor with rfactordec and cant get it to decrypt,i get a error permission denied,im using vista service pack 2,im also unable to decrypt Volvo the Game and same result,ive added the -k to the .bat and still not decryped!
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I guess the problem is just Vista, indeed this operating system has a known and senseless problem with the programs which scan folders (like the find.exe utility).

anyway have you tried to use rfactordec manually on at least one file to see if it works?
if it works, the problem is vista+find.exe
