I took some files and put them in winrar , after I did the file "SFX" that now the file is:
file.exe .. But If someone do "right click" he sees "Open with winrar" "extract"... and more ...
I need softowre of something to complie it , HELP please ?

Thats the whole point of sfx files, its basically a winrar file with the extractor included with it, packed in an exe.
Of course winrar recognises this and allows you to unpack em manually as well if you want to.
So i'm not quite sure what you're after...

you trying to hide those right click menus ? if yes, then you really cant, because as Boba said...winrar reconizes it and automatically shows those options. its not a file, but its winrar itself. as long as its in .sfx format then winrar shows those options.
