[need help]cant patch ventrilo 2.3 for Fake players\floods

i tried to use the ventrilobotomyfix tool it patched twice and still it can be flooded im sure its because the version is cracked to 1500 users limit i need help to patche it so i uploaded mine exe maybe any1 can help me , and patch it and upload fixed one i will thank him alot

ventrilobotomyfix patches the following vulnerability:

while the fake players bug (ventrilofp, the flooding about I think you refer) can be limited setting "Duplicates" to 0 in ventrilo_srv.ini if I'm not in error
