hello Luigi, I'm trying to extract the bikes.mix from sbk08 using your tool but I cannot seem to operate it correctly. I've read some quick tutorials on utilizing cmdprompt, read your "using my tools for dummies" text, and have been searching for answers but I can't seem to get my head around how to use it..

I start up cmdprompt, enter the following, C:\Documents and Settings\Kotton\Desktop\msmixext\msmixext

the options show, then I enter C:\Documents and Settings\Kotton\Desktop\msmixext\msmixext "-l" bikes.mix

then it reads " - open bikes.mix", then it reads "no such file or directory" - I have the mix file in the same folder as your tool, am I not using the command prompt correctly? any help would be greatly appreciated

edit- lol, I dropped the mix file onto msmixext and it extracted into four separate files- ALLBIKES.bin, ALLBIKES.res, ALLBIKES.deb and ALLBIKES.ptr ..anyone know how I can extract the files from those? since I have no hex editing skills, could someone point me in the right direction please? appreciato-

for the first problem:
in that case you are not in the folder of bikes.mix.
if you are in C:\ and give that command the tool thinks that bikes.mix is in c:\ because c:\ is the current directory so is better if you drag the files in the console.

for example, select msmixext.exe with the mouse and drag it on the black console (will appear the full path without typing it), type space -l space, drag bikes.mix in the console and press return.

for the problem of the 4 files I don't know how to open them.
