Ive hex edited the crap out of an .exe but i still cant get something to change. Is there any way i can compile it to like C++ or anything so that i can read it...

no, the only "readable" thing that you can do with an executable is disassembling it.

what you want to change exactly ? you can try Resource Hacker, it can edit .dll and .exe files in some way (like change icons, extract pics ..etc)

Compile .exe to source ? no no no, you can't do that, you can compile source code into a program, not other way around.
As Luigi sayd, you can only disassemble executable files.

IDA, w32dasm, the same ollydbg and any other result you get searching "disassembler" on a search engine.

If you mean read like a book or source, then you can't. I personally like olly best, but im not expert in disassembly. so if you open it in olly, then thats all you can see.
