Can your udp proxy software be used to help me connect to a UDP chat application over a VPN?

The application is called Yak!

oh Yak! just today I was remembering that application due to an interesting vulnerability I found in it and some other related research about it's integrated ftp server, nice 8-)

in your case you can use a proxy (proxymini supports socks5 udp without problems) or datapipe (sudppipe) solution only if you can reach a machine which then can reach the target host:

you -> proxy_machine -> yak_server

so if you have this machine which can receive the connection or the udp packets from your network and at the same time has the ability to reach that server you have solved the problem.

anyway is not very clear what is your network situation so I hope to have understood something.
