Tried to use it on 2.55 ET. Somehow it doesnt download the file while i am testing on my server although i am putting right name.

/download etmain/server.cfg doesnt work. Any idea why?

probably that file doesn't exist.
run filemon on the server setting server.cfg as filter and then test it, you should see the exact location searched by the server for retrieving the file.
I added support to ET 2.55 in q3dirtrav just recently but I can't guarantee it at 100%

Where can i find the filemon? And i know their is server.cfg file because its my server.

the ready to run executable from the same developers (I love sysinternals):

it's very basic to use and understand, when you execute the /download command you should see an "open" command logged by filemon with the full path of the requested file and the result: SUCCESS or NOTFOUND
if you don't see this logged request means that there is a compatibility problem between q3dirtrav and the 2.55 client

well basically in console it says file not found but i know i have file in etmain with another name and i am using the same name. Still says file not found.

Ex server file name in etmain noob.cfg
Used \download etmain/noob.cfg
