how do you install VentriloFP

Hi, I am new to this forum. Also I have just download the VentriloFP, and tried to open VentriloFP.exe but black screen shows up and disappears. So basically my question is how do you install the VentriloFP? How do you use it?

Never mind, I have read it and learnt how to use it. But when I do
ventrilo -p password server.com:port
It connects 1, 2 fakeplayer to some servers but when I try to connect other servers it just says

Ventrilo 3 server handshake:

-server full or players_per_IP limit reached or something wrong

When I connect that server by openning Ventrilo client too many times, they connect fine, but When I use this one, It doesn't work. What should I do?

I think that Flagship has introduced a check on the 2 strings sent by the clients in its private 3.0.3 version.
I have planned to look at this soon but with a low priority
