I have a vent server (127.0.0.1) and a user set up with a password of "phone"

im am trying to crack the password for just that user with this command:
Code:
ventrilofp -b 6 az -j -n User 127.0.0.1

After it starts, when it gets down to around "Player: 1/8 eex" it gives me this Error:
Code:
Error: No buffer space available

I have looked through all of the source code, although i still dont under stand why i am getting this error...

If anyone can help me with this, that would be GREAT!

P.S. :: one last question, is there a way to use a wordlist with -n and -j? that way it trys to find the login pass for a user?

if I'mt not in error, that message is referred to the usage of too much sockets which is a problem I limited in ventrilofp through a small check.

anyway it's a normal problem if you run ventrilofp versus a local server (127.0.0.1 or the local interface of your network card) but doesn't happen with virtual machines (as far as I remember) or with LAN/internet servers.

about the wordlist you can use it exactly like with the admin password guessing adding the -j option:

ventrilofp -w wordlist.txt -j SERVER
