the message is very explanatory: means that the server is not online or you have typed a wrong IP or port

Hey alugi I tried all servers i could from 2.55 ET and always the same error!i'm confused

is it possible that server allows only one connection and when you make more it gives this message.

no, that message means that he sends the udp packet and the server doesn't reply.
it's a problem of his machince, probably a firewall rule

I disable all firewall/anti-virus and still got the same error.

EDIT:it worked on 2.60 i used -b G P but i cant get it working in 2.55 :(

I don't have other ideas at the moment, here in my local tests it worked.
when you receive the timeout error? immediately or after having received the query informations (after "Player")?

didnt need an image, he knows what it is
im assuming it's ur firewall or router personally... if u say u disabled it, then oh well... and make sure the server is up or not full and stuff... o_o

it's probably some missing parameter in the connect field, anyway in my tests all work perfectly so I don't know what could be exactly.
use a sniffer and q3huffdecenc for getting and decompressing the connect packet and then add the missing parameters (you can see those sent by q3fill with the -v option) through -m like -m "parameter\value\par2\val2"
