How to read .dll files

Is it possible to read .dll files, in basic and if so can you give me the program or link?

dunno what you mean exactly, but try this.

it can open .dll and .exe files and extract some info from them (ofc shows info too). allows editing too.

"read .dll files" doesn't mean much, dlls are like executables and so "reading" them means probably using a disassembler

i just assumed he means basic stuff, but yeah disassembler would do, only that you need some skills to actually ''read'' anything out of the .dll with disassembler. even i dont understand disassembling so well.
