i was cleaning my pc and found this intresting program from my archives, totally forgot about it.
ive been using lots of different network monitoring tools
commview - my favorite.
etherpeek
etherreal
commview for wifi
aeropeek
wpe pro
...and some others.
but this tool called ''ip tools'' can show some stuff that those other network monitors can't.

to me it was quite slow from official site ..like 20-30kb only.
it also has a nice lil built in firewall which allows you to block ips and ports. or protocols.
also shows detailed netstats.
well its just good program to have. doesnt need install. just unpack and use.
