write in bat file text :
quickbms -r -w "Crysis2.bms" "Big.pak" "D:\Program Files\EA Games\Crytek\Crysis 2\!Work"
start...
program make pak file but archive empty...

remember that quickbms is an injector and NOT a rebuilder.
you must give it the original Big.pak file so that it can edit it importing the files you left in the "!Work" folder
