i host a linux jedi knight japlus server (newest version).
someone always crashes my server.
he connect to the server and one second after that he disconnect.
he connect and disconnect 100 times per second

i setted max_ping 999, min_ping 0
and reconnectlimit 1

voting is disabled
allowdownload 0
floodprotect 1

I cant open the games.log because its over 5 GB of Connect and Disconnect's

after he did that over 1 hour, he stopped and joined the battle.
his name was Toast and he had Noclip, but Cheats was disabled.
he used a yellow noghri and he did effects (explode and fire effects)

I stopped the server, changed it to Basejk
I started the server with basejk
He joined. He did snow effect and was sometimes invisible and killed everybody, he wasnt in the User-List but he chatted with us.
He teleported all to one Point, but we didnt died. Then he killed us with gernades. weapons was disabled.

His name was ^3Toast and he had a yellow Noghri-skin.

How to stop that person?

you must not stop him, you must fix your server.

what unofficial fixes/patches you have on your server?

in my Patches section you can find some fixes made by me but only some of them work on linux:

probably you need the q3infofix_linux patch

u say he crashes ur server by connect/disconnect?
unlocked cheats too?
that's pretty neat, not going to lie haha.
didn't show up on rcon status? (that what u mean by userlist?)

Cheats are disabled.
If you press tabulator, you wont see him in that list

How to fix my servers with the patches which i can download here ? :s

usually works in this way:
- get the executable of the server
- launch lpatch.exe
- select the file with the lpatch extension like q3infofix_linux.lpatch
- select the server executable
- you will receive a success or fail message

if you receive the success message then you can use the new executable on the server, remember only to stop it first (I tell you because someone was so "crazy" to not know it)
