I have an update about this problem.
I have been contacted by Dragonara and they have explained what was the cause of the problem so I report the explanation I have received:

The true story is that we are ISP and our one of dedicated server
customers with IP address 194.8.75.145 used some kind of automate
web spider scripts. Due to abusive behavior of such activity, all
services were terminated for this customer almost immediately after
receiving abuse report. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused,
during 2010 year we invested a lot into network monitoring to avoid
situations like this.
I am attaching two PDF files (reports generated by sitevet.com) to prove
that our ISP is successfully fighting with any spam resources that can
be hosted in our network.

I have made a search with Google and indeed I don't see reports in the last 8 months so I guess the problem has been solved.
