i wrote about it on my forum, original topic here located here:

i also googled for them and it seems i am not only one having such problems, there's lots of threads about it, where ppl saying that they are using spambots to target chatboxe's and bruteforce logins.

I have an update about this problem.

I have been contacted by Dragonara and they have explained what was the cause of the problem so I report the explanation I have received:

The true story is that we are ISP and our one of dedicated server 
customers with IP address 194.8.75.145 used some kind of automate
web spider scripts. Due to abusive behavior of such activity, all
services were terminated for this customer almost immediately after
receiving abuse report. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused,
during 2010 year we invested a lot into network monitoring to avoid 
situations like this.

I am attaching two PDF files (reports generated by sitevet.com) to prove 
that our ISP is successfully fighting with any spam resources that can
be hosted in our network.

I have made a search with Google and indeed I don't see reports in the last 8 months so I guess the problem has been solved.
if someone has other updates or informations to add, feel free to do it

seems like an stupid excuse to me. they have mentioned only one IP address, i got spammed from 10 or more of their IP addresses.
how is it possible that one customer uses 10 or more of their server machines ? it makes no sense, just a public excuse for idiots who know nearly nothing about computers.

also yesterday we was talking about this with Luigi and i checked some old IP logs, i found their IP going back to even 2009, while i noticed the attack in 2010,

i can't confirm if their attacks are still there, because i have blocked all of their IPs year ago.

i want to point out that about 2 weeks ago i started getting similiar attacks from random IPs, i cant confirm this yet, but in my opinion they are using proxy servers to spam. just to keep lower profile.

anyway i will contact them and see what they have to say to me
