Is there a program through which you can do yourself unban on the server?

if q3unban doesn't work there are no ways (as far as I know obviously):

Pasted into a file etmain WS2_32.DLL, myproxocket.dll.

What do I do now?

join the server, if you can play means the server is vulnerable otherwise it's patched
