My problem is this:

My server is new, and I have new game modes ZP, GG ( CS 1.5 ) , and when people are playing with a xploit attack me and I see in this console

And My server CRASH!!!!

ban their steam id?

steam id ban will not prevent them from connecting to a server. is cs even steam based ? i mean yes you play it thru steam, but i dont think that cs servers are steam based. for example Killing Floor is one of them, where you dont need steam to connect to a server.
use Luigi's proxocket and make a filter to block a packet containing this exploit. or use IP ban.
