I understand I should "
dump the beginning (NOT the whole) of the join packet to filter in the packet.dat file" but I'm unsure on how to do that... let alone know "
how much of its bytes are needed to dump." At this point I think I could just as well use the "dh2005.d8f" from your "latest dp8games package" found
here, but even if I'm correct about that I still need to figure out how much of that 'header' needs to be dumped.
