i found this tools with google, i've been looking for this for years...but...
i managed to decode a pics like "BB_reclame_penquin.fsp" to "thing.xxx"
first: i don't know what sort of pic it is! (no jpg,gif,tif,pcx,tga,png,...)
second: my "dream" is to have the tool to bring my pics in the game so convert tga > fsp....

i know it is an old game and an old tool but i really like it and like to be beatten by kids with it!

for the image I guess it's a raw format but I can't be sure because this is not my field, so I can't help

while for the "encryption" it's enough that you relaunch the tool on the output file having the only attention to keep the original extension, so:
decrypt: bsrdec input.fsp output.fsp
encrypt: bsrdec output.fsp output2.fsp

i only have to find how to find size of pics if they are "raw"...

too hard for me, don't manage to find something that looks like a pics in these bytes! :(

thanks, i made a search but no BSR here ...
but i found "TrID - File Identifier" : no matching file type
i will post a question about these pics!
