type multircon.exe and it will show up all commands but i just looked for u and u will use -t 0 and then the rest of your commands sorry i dont play Quake 3 so i wouldnt know what else to type like to avoid being ban and such maybe luigi or someone else will give u exacly what to type in unless u can figure it out yourself now :D.
