what version of quickbms are you using?
can you retry with the latest 0.3.12b available on http://aluigi.org/papers.htm#quickbms ?

here I have the same game (really a great game) and menu.bzf can be extracted perfectly.
if your problem persits please upload menu.bzf on http://www.sendspace.com

very very interesting.
practically on my release (trymedia) the files have the information table (where are located all the filenames and their offsets/size) encrypted while in yours they are non-encrypted.
I have updated the script for "guessing" automatically if a file is encrypted or not.
