 Post subject: Enable disabled button under windows 7 x64?

Hi.
I have a program that has a disabled button due to UAC but I can't turn UAC off... I've tried the program TurnItOn! & while that does enable the button as soon as I focus on the widow the button disables again.
I've also tried Windows Enabler but it doesn't do anything.
Are there any suggestions or tools to get this done?
