CoD4 Fake players with low pings!

Hello again.I saw a server with fake players on it...i have downloaded the q3fill but the bots are not invisible and their pings are 999 before time out.Is any way to make the bots have ping really awsome,be invisible and never time out?
There is absolutely a way to do that.

any way to explain this? (The bots are invisible in-game & from the server status their pings are awsome!)
Please explain how this could be done.

this seems another topic, where ppl mistake fake players with the mod.
this is made to populate the actual players, when you ask for server info, then it shows players, it is because the .exe has been modified or the data sent by server, so it shows players. there are no actual players. it is only to show that theres players, so if you list servers by players, it shows up on top.

it has been discussed many, many times and Luigi have even made and explained how its done.
