Burnout Dominator (PS2) translation text and fonts

hello all
I would try translate burnout dominator but did not find the program for this game
how to unpack text and fonts from files and then pack?

ENGLISH.loc
mainUK.bin

fonts:

dirtyEra.bin
small.bin

I don't know which font is responsible for the English text
i play on pcsx2

i tried on xentax but for the time being no one does not correspond to

I work on archives, not single files like fonts/texts
