hey Luigi. job for quickbms ?
there are tons of .big files, which are definetly archives, but i cant find a way to extract them.
ive googled, but all i find is how to extract .big files from some red alert or something.

the only note I have read is about some of these big files that are encrypted and so you must pass tdudec over them first.

if you have doubts take a look also at the rest of the looooong thread, maybe there are more informations and updates

not working. reason why i use your forum and not xentax, should be obvious.
your examples always work 100% and if they dont, you fix them fast and you give details, not just blah doh and some more blah.

it says some invalid "x" if i try to use it. i found 2 scripts there, older and newer, both give same shit. when trying with tdudec, it says "error: no error"
i guess it means it isnt encrypted.

guess i have to register there and ask them ... but im sure i get the answer "read thru the thread' which i have done.
i found the part where somebody wrote the quickbms script and then next post is about it working. nothing else.
and then some idiots just keep going offtopic, its so ANNOYING ! they are just wasting reader's time and making threads too long.

in this case the best solution is reporting the problem in that mega-hyper-long thread on xentax so that the person who worked on this file format can update his script

maybe in the future, i dont really like xentax, this is why i dont have account there. my friend made account there, guess i could use his :)

EDIT - reason why i dont like xentax, is that theres no order. its extremely annoying if ppl keep going offtopic and posting irrelevant things, by doing that they make it longer and more annoying to read.
also their problem is no full tutorial, like i do on my wiki. once thread is long enough i collect all that info and make it into article
