maybe knowing the subject and the object of the problem would help me to understand about what you talk...

I guess you refer to quickbms but you have not specified the game and not the script.
anyway the first rule is checking if you have the latest version of both quickbms and the script, they are available here:
http://aluigi.org/papers.htm#quickbms

so you must first verify them
