Getting an error with SWBFP

I am getting this error:

C:\>swbfp\swbfp.exe -p 3658 -g -s 200 x.x.x.x

please don't post ip addresses even if are yours.
then the error is clear, means that no reply has been received and since the first packet used by the tool is a query packet it means that the server is not reachable or that your IP is banned on that server.

I have tried to query that IP (for example "gslist -d 8 IP PORT) and it replies so probably you are banned.
