HERE is a tutorial i posted some time ago, which tells you how to change your ip address, however it is not your case. Server does not allow more than 2 connections from same IP, it is not ban, it is a simple limit. if you change ip it won't change anything. It is only way to limit the fake players.
Only option you have is to use a list of proxy servers, which been discussed here lot of times. ProxyFirewall Sockscap TOR (vidalia) those are the programs you need to do that. Vidalia is a control panel for TOR, so i suggest using Vidalia bundle. ProxyFirewall with Vidalia is the best choice i think, but it wont really fix that 'problem'.
It is annoying and may take long, but you should search for open proxy servers (google or something) and add them manually into ProxyFirewall (at least 40) and then set PF to switch proxys after each connect (every second). This should give new ip to each fake player, but its a real pain in the ass to find good open proxy servers.

first you should install it. when proxyfirewall is running, then it will pop up a window whenever application tries to connect to internet and there you can choose either: direct connect block connection proxy there you will choose proxy. (ofcourse before you have to manually add proxy servers to the list) if you want to use TOR with PF, then you have to insert 127.0.0.1:9050 as open proxy (this is the port where TOR runs in your pc).

Tor works only with TCP connections, not UDP

sry, i forgot :) so you need to manually find UDP proxy servers and add them into list.

This kinda relates this post.
Anyways, Does anyone know if I use VMware, or some virtual machine software on windows, Then load up a linux distro eg "backtrack 2" backtrack 2 support raw sockets and has programs to send spoofed tcp/udp packets. Now If I use that within a virtual machine Will the header of the packet still remain spoofed?
I don't need a packet sent back I just need to send 1 spoofed to a server to see what happens.

in my tests performed on VirtualBox this is possible, practically the virtual device used by the virtual machine bypasses the Windows limitations applied to the sockets.

I have been messing with proxyfirewall for the last few hours and it will not pop up a window when I open something that tries to hit the net. I cannot get it to work with internet explorer or my command prompt. I am using Vista 64, could that be the problem?

yes, most definetly vista is problem. to ppl who worship vista, see ?? here is another problem why vista sucks so much, ill start collecting those problems from this moment. ill make a specific list what programs doesn't work in vista and what problems vista causes.
however i never said its not possible to get it to work, vista has this admin privileges shit, maybe you can run it as admin (if you havent done it yet). or you can try to add program manually and see if it works. vista has all those unnecessary protections which prevent from most programs to work properly.
