rite im a complete noob at this sort of stuff but learn quick :)

on gamespy arecade im in the lobby when people login and manage to have blue text, someone said they are connecting through mirc? does anyone know about this and how to achive this?

for connecting to peerchat (the official name of the chat on gamespy) through any irc client:

rite so im using the peerchat.irc but how do i say connect to the age of empires 2 lobby?

- double click on peerchat_irc.exe
- launch your preferred irc client and connect to 127.0.0.1 (port 6667)

now you are inside the peerchat server which is EXACTLY a classical irc server so there is nothing I need to add except that the games rooms are hidden (so you can't see them with the /list command) and the only way to know their name is through the -R option of gslist, example "gslist -R -n redalert3pc".

anyway the rooms of gamespy arcade are not hidden so don't worry.

rite ive done that and get a massive list which ive tested it works :) but i dont seem to get lobbys only user rooms, the one i wanna join is age of empires 2.

and the last thing people doing it managed to have blue text in gamespy mine is still white?
