Luigi i'm not understand the ventrilobotomyfix please help me!

there is nothing to understand:
- stop your Ventrilo server
- double click on ventrilobotomyfix.exe
- select the Ventrilo executable you want to patch (removing the NULL pointer vulnerability), the patcher supports almost any version and platform
- you should see a success message
- restart your Ventrilo server
