Change console key (~) in Chaser.

Hello,

Chaser (a 2003 FPS) has an incompatibility with Windows Vista that makes it so the Tilde key (~) doesn't work and thus you can't open the console. There is no setting in the game to Change the key, so I was wondering if somebody could Change the console key to something that works in Vista like the = key. The Chaser.exe can be downloaded Here

its lil bit out of topic, but vista sucks and half of things i have doesnt work in vista. (tested it on virtual machine). so im sure this is not only problem in vista.
