wtcced - unencrypted tool for Race WTCC
Is it possible to make a similar tool for GT Legends?
There are many add on cars coming to the game but unlike the unencrypted GTR2, they can only be linked to another car.
It would be great to be able to make different classes.
The .car files have been decrypted but that's about all.

GTL has an executable encrypted by Starforce or similar, so I can't retrieve the key
