ok heres the deal:

i made a steam account with the user: powerpunched

my password was changed by someone

i created a new account on the same computer.

IS THERE ANY WAY I SEE MY PASWORD????

you can only retrieve the correct saved password on your computer.
if someone else changed your real password your local one is still the old one and so it's all useless.

anyway the tool for showing the currently saved local Steam password is steampwd:
