In the plays of Shift there is File .SGB which are encrypted.

how do you know that its encrypted ?
what i read, is that it is either dawn of war map content file or gameboy ROM.

the file is not encrypted.
anyway I can't help with the formats of the various files in this game, my work and knowledge is limited to the decryption and extraction of the containers.
graphics, 3d, text and other stuff is for modders

yeah that's what i was saying, it is some kind of a format that is not meant to be read by .txt editors. its some graphics or ROM file.
